WINEMAKING
Grapes are picked by hand and then destemmed and soft pressed. A first fermentation in steel lasts around two weeks at a controlled temperature of 15°C and then the wine is aged in steel before bottling.

COLOUR
Straw yellow with greenish highlights.

AROMAS
A delicately fruity nose with nuances of tropical and white fruit such as pears and apples together with the vegetable aromas typical of Sauvignon Blanc, including green bellpepper and nettles.

FLAVOUR
High acidity and crispness in the mouth with a pronounced and long-lasting flavour.

FOOD PAIRINGS
Mediterranean style chicken, spaghetti with a clam sauce.
