It is the Ca’ Besina Brut 2016, the flagship of Casali Viticultori’s production that wins the award for Best Classic Method Spumante of Emilia-Romagna. The ceremony took place on Friday 22 July at the Torre San Michele in Cervia, as part of the “Tramonto Divino” event, during which a large tasting counter featured a selection of Romagna and Emilian wineries, including Casali Viticultori.
