The vineyard on the windy hill behind Scandiano, within the DOC Colli di Scandiano e Canossa, is the chosen Cru for Spergola and Grasparossa grapes. At 500 meters of altitude, the breeze that caresses the hillside seeps among the vines, favoring a perfect ripening of the grapes: a perfect balance between savoriness, acidity, and concentration.
