VINIFICATION
Grapes are picked by hand, put into small crates and soft pressed before a first fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. The second fermentation, to make a sparkling wine, takes place in the bottle and the wine is then left on the lees for at least 48 months. The final phase is manual remuage on the pupitres and disgorging.
COLOUR
Intense straw yellow with golden highlights and a fine and long-lasting perlage.
AROMAS
An important, complex nose on which yeast predominates, together with ripe fruit such as white peach and apricot, white flowers and mild toasted hazelnut nuances.
FLAVOURS
Intense, elegant and well-balanced with a characteristic tangy note and a long-lasting fruity finish.
