WINEMAKING
Selection of Malbo Gentile grapes, destemminmg and pressing and then four days on the skins at a low temperature. Then fermentation and sparkling wine making in autoclaves.
COLOUR
Bright ruby red with purplish highlights.
AROMAS
Inviting ripe fruit, blackberry and raspberry jam notes with wild blackberry and violet nuances.
FLAVOUR
A well balanced, mouth-filling wine with long-lasting fruit and a sweetness which is perfectly balanced by crispness.
