WINEMAKING:
Careful grape selection, soft pressing in a pneumatic press and then fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel. Second fermentation in autoclaves.

Delicate aromas of lime flower, white peach, citrus nuances and a touch of aromatic herb.
FLAVOUR:
Sweet pleasant wine with a crisp, balanced mouth feel and the variety’s characteristic aromatic quality.
