WINEMAKING
Grapes are picked by hand and then destemmed, pressed and given an 8 hour pellicular maceration. A first fermentation in steel takes place at a controlled temperature of 17°C and then the wine is aged in steel before bottling.

COLOUR
Transparent cherry pink.

AROMAS
Flower and fresh fruit bouquet with wild rose, peach, raspberry and wild strawberry aromas.

FLAVOUR
A rounded, balanced wine but also crisp with a long- in-the-mouth berry fruit flavour.

FOOD PAIRINGS
Octopus with vegetables and potato purèe, paccheri pasta with cherry tomatoes and fish.
