WINEMAKING:
Destemming, pressing and light cold maceration. Fermentation in temperature controlled steel tanks and second fermentation in autoclaves.
COLOUR:
Pale pink.
AROMAS:
Intense, especially rose and violet floral aromas together with berry fruit such as raspberries, strawberries and red currants together with red apple peel.
FLAVOUR:
Dry, intense and long in the mouth with a good fruit acidity-softness balance.
FOOD PAIRINGS:
Baked calamarata and rosette pastas.
