Soft grape pressing and subsequent fermentation in controlled temperature steel tanks. Second fermentation in autoclaves.
White peach and pineapple together with citrus such as citron and grapefruit are accompanied by lily of the valley, camomile, white pepper and ginger.
Medium bodied, and very fruity wine in the mouth, too, crisp and tangy, long in the mouth with a characteristically mildly bitter finish.
Seafood salad, herby chicken.
